 Interim Transaction Accounting Consultant to support on selected projects such as:

  • Financial due diligence support during M&A transactions (e.g., accounting impact assessment, identification of red flags, financial factbook support, quality of earnings assessment, etc.)
  • GAAP conversion and new GAAP introduction (local GAAP to IFRS/U.S. GAAP conversion) with hands-on support during implementation
  • Indicative company valuation or comprehensive company valuation according to IDW (IDW S1), IFRS (IFRS 3/5/10/13), and/or U.S. GAAP (SFAS 141/142/157) in cooperation with or for a local CPA network partner
  • Purchase Price Allocation according to IDW S5, IFRS 3, ASC 805, including audit readiness preparation, closing and opening balance sheet preparation, footnote/disclosure drafting, impairment test
